النظام يعمل كالتالي رحلات الفيزا: يتم خصم نسبة الشركة أولا من قيمة الرحلة ثم يضاف المتبقي في رصيدك كأرباح وفي حال وجود مديونية يتم تغطيتها عن طريقها

رحلات الكاش : يتم خصم نسبة الشركة لجميع رحلات الكاش من رصيد محفظتك الذي تم من ارباحك من رحلات الفيزا وفي حال عدم توفر رصيد تصبح عليك كمديونية

Thank you for contacting Bolt  

The system works as follows:  

For card rides, the company’s commission is deducted first, and the remaining amount is added to your balance. Any outstanding debt will be covered by this amount.  

For cash rides, the company’s commission is deducted from your wallet, which contains your earnings from card rides. If there are insufficient funds, it will be recorded as a debt.
